Farmakonom til Klinisk Farmaci

Én af vores farmakonomer har familieforøgelse i vente og vi mangler derfor en barselsvikar til vores farmakonomteam i Aalborg. Stillingen er på 35 timer pr. uge, men ønsker du fuld tid, er vi også åbne overfor det.

Vores farmakonomteam i Aalborg har arbejdssted på Aalborg Universitetshospital, Hospitalsbyen og Aalborg Universitetshospital, Syd. Dit arbejdssted vil blive i Hospitalsbyen.

Hovedopgaverne i Klinisk Farmaci

Hos os vil du få et fagligt spændende og udfordrende job, hvor dagligdagen byder på en god blanding af både praktiske og mere administrative opgaver. Du vil blive en del af et velfungerende team af 22 farmakonomer, som supplerer hinanden godt, både fagligt og personligt. 

Dine primære opgaver vil være at stå for den daglige, praktiske drift af medicinrummet på hospitalsafsnittene, sådan at afsnittene har de rigtige lægemidler på hylderne samtidig med, du skal have fokus på lægemiddeløkonomi og patientsikkerhed. Du vil få tildelt ansvaret som kontaktfarmakonom for udvalgte hospitalsafsnit, men vil over tid komme til at have din gang på en lang række af de hospitalsafsnit, vi servicerer. Derudover vil du komme til at lave ordinationsgennemgang af patienters ordinerede medicin og dispensere medicin til både indlagte patienter og i forbindelse med patienter udskrives fra hospitalet.

I dagligdagen vil du komme til at fungere som faglig sparringspartner for sygeplejersker og læger på afsnittene, når det handler om medicin og medicinhåndtering.

Du vil således få et tæt samarbejde med dine teamkolleger og en stor berøringsflade med sundhedspersonalet på hospitalsafsnittene.

Din profil

Vi forventer, du er fagligt dygtig, har interesse for klinisk farmaci i sekundærsektoren og at du arbejder systematisk og struktureret med dine opgaver.

Som person skal du selv kunne planlægge dine arbejdsopgaver og trives ved selvstændigt arbejde. Samtidig skal du være fleksibel og kunne indgå i et team, hvor man i samarbejde styrer og tilrettelægger de overordnede rammer for arbejdsdagen.

I dine samarbejdsrelationer er du imødekommende og har en åben tilgang til både kolleger og samarbejdsrelationer, ligesom du lægger vægt på en ligeværdig og faglig kommunikation.

Vi forventer, du går ind til udfordringer med en positiv og optimistisk tilgang og med vilje til at få tingene til at lykkes.

Løn og ansættelsesforhold

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår efter gældende overenskomst for ikke-ledende farmakonomer mfl. indgået med Farmakonomforeningen. Til stillingen er der fuldt arbejdsgiverfinansieret pensionsordning og betalt frokostpause.                                        

Arbejdstiden ligger i tidsrummet mandag til fredag kl. 08.00-15.00. Vi har flekstidsordning og betalt frokostpause.
