Vi tilbyder en stilling, hvor du har mulighed for at arbejde bredt med teknologier og systemer, som er i regionens klientplatform, infrastruktur, netværk og applikationsdrift, og på sigt specialisere dig inden for et specifikt fagområde. Du skal deltage i udvidet fejlsøgning i henvendelser til IT fra Region Nordjyllands 15.000 brugere i tæt samarbejde med andre specialister. Stillingen giver mulighed for at oparbejde erfaring for senere at specialisere sig yderligere.

Faglig profil:
Følgende opgaver er typiske for jobbet:

  • 2nd level fejlsøgning
  • Understøtte implementering af AI og sprogmodeller i IT-support
  • Administration i Azure, M365 og arbejde med de nyeste cloud-teknologier
  • Powershell-scripting
  • Daglig sparring med 3rd level specialister
  • Afhjælpe tekniske it-problemer
  • Information og kommunikation til slutbrugeren
  • Installation af OS og andet software
  • Fejlsøgning af hardware- og softwarefejl på PC og mobile enheder
  • Udarbejde vejledninger og dokumentation

Om dig:
Du er nyuddannet IT-teknolog, datamatiker eller tilsvarende. Har du flere års erfaring inden for IT fra en tilsvarende stilling hører vi også gerne fra dig.

Du er struktureret, har overblik, kan holde fokus og følge opgaverne til dørs. En proaktiv tilgang til opgaverne er naturligt for dig, og du påtager dig ejerskab, når tingene kræver lidt ekstra. Kommunikation føles naturligt for dig, og du trives i rollen som it-konsulent. Har du kendskab til Microsoft server, AD, Exchange online, Microsoft 365, Azure, ServiceNow og offentlige kliniske IT-systemer, er dette et plus men ikke afgørende.
 

Om Digitalisering og IT:  
Digitalisering og IT er Region Nordjyllands centrale IT-afdeling med 350 medarbejdere, hvis kerneopgave er at IT-understøtte og videreudvikle regionens sundhedsydelser, samt at bidrage til sammenhæng, effektivitet og kvalitet i den samlede opgaveløsning.  
 Digitalisering og IT favner IT-løsninger inden for både Sundhedssektoren, Specialsektoren, Regional udvikling og Administrationen, men størstedelen af regionens IT-indsats er koncentreret inden for Sundhedssektoren.  
 
Ansættelsesforhold:  
Arbejdstiden er 37 timer pr. uge.
