Læger til natlægevagten i Region Nordjylland

Region Nordjylland er ansvarlig for at bemande lægevagten i tidsrummet 23.00 – 08.00 alle ugens dage året rundt. Der er konsultationssteder i Aalborg, Hjørring og Thisted hvorfra vagtlægerne skiftevis skal telefonvisitere og afholde fysiske konsultationer i løbet af vagten.

Din opgave

Opgaverne i natlægevagten er både telefonvisitation, fysiske konsultationer og videokonsultationer. Sygebesøgsopgaven varetages af Den Præhospitale Virksomhed på baggrund af en lægefaglig vurdering af vagtlægen. I løbet af vagten er der adgang til sparring med dine kolleger og derudover er der en lægefaglig ansvarlig for natlægevagten, hvor du vil kunne søge sparring og supervision i dagstid.

Din ansættelse

Du bliver organisatorisk ansat i Sundhedsplanlægning i Region Nordjylland og har som udgangspunkt tjenestested på de tre vagtlokationer. For at kunne vedligeholde de faglige kompetencer og kendskabet til lægevagten ser vi gerne, at du som minimum kan tage 1-2 vagter om måneden. Du vil indgå i den faste vagtplanlægning ud fra dine individuelle ønsker og vil derudover løbende kunne byde ind på ledige vagter. Det forventes, at du også kan byde ind i ferieperioder i relevant omfang.

Du bliver ansat efter aftalen for timelønnede læger ansat ved lægevagten, der er indgået mellem RLTN, Yngre Læger og Foreningen af Speciallæger. Du honoreres i overensstemmelse med forhåndsaftale indgået mellem Region Nordjylland, Yngre Læger og Foreningen af Speciallæger. Om dig

Du er speciallæge i almen medicin eller i hoveduddannelsesforløb i almen medicin (fase 3). Har du en anden lægefaglig baggrund eller ikke er nået til fase 3 i hoveduddannelsesforløbet, men har relevant erfaring, hører vi også gerne fra dig.

Vi forventer, at du er fagligt opdateret, imødekommende, god til at kommunikere og ønsker at bidrage til det gode samarbejde i natlægevagten. Derudover trives du med at arbejde selvstændigt og kan træffe hurtige beslutninger ud fra dialogen med borgeren.   

Sådan bliver du en del af natlægevagten

Jobbet i natlægevagten skal søges online via link herunder. Ansøgningsfristen er tirsdag den 22. september 2026 og der vil blive afholdt virtuelle ansættelsessamtaler i de efterfølgende uger.

Ved ansættelse vil du skulle igennem et opstartsprogram med introduktion og følgevagt inden din første vagt, såfremt du ikke allerede har været ansat hos os. Tidspunktet for opstarten planlægges individuelt ud fra hvornår du skal have dine første vagter.
