Nattevagt med mening – Social- og sundhedshjælper til Specialbørnehjemmet Kvisten

På Kvisten arbejder vi med børn og unge, som har brug for både omsorg, struktur og sundhedsfaglig opmærksomhed døgnet rundt. Om natten er tempoet et andet -betydningen af arbejdet er mindst lige så stor.

Hvad møder du hos os?

Du bliver en del af et nattevagtsteam, hvor du aldrig står alene. I er altid flere på arbejde og samarbejdet med dine kollegaer er en vigtig del af opgaven.

Hos os får du mulighed for at arbejde med børn og unge, hvor pleje, sundhedsfaglighed og pædagogik går hånd i hånd. Samtidig bliver du en del af en arbejdsplads, hvor vi hjælper hinanden og løfter opgaven i fællesskab - på tværs af vagter og døgn.

Vi er stolte af, at vi hele døgnet rundt leverer relevant pædagogik og pleje til nogle af de mest sårbare børn og unge i Nordjylland. Det ansvar tager vi alvorligt.

Hverdagen om natten

Børnene/de unge har omfattende fysiske funktionsnedsættelser og komplekse sundhedsmæssige behov. Nogle nætter er rolige mens andre kalder på høj faglig opmærksomhed og evnen til at handle hurtigt og sikkert.

Nattearbejdet handler blandt andet om at skabe tryghed og ro, observere og vurdere barnets eller den unges tilstand samt reagere relevant på ændringer. Du samarbejder tæt med dine kolleger om helheden i barnets døgn, og dokumentation samt gode overleveringer er en naturlig del af arbejdet.

Når vi arbejder på tværs af døgnet, stiller det krav til tydelig kommunikation og blik for fællesskabet. Du ser ikke alle dine kolleger hver dag, og meget af samarbejdet foregår i overlap mellem vagterne.

Erfaring med natarbejde

Vi søger dig, der har erfaring med natarbejde og ved, hvad det kræver – både fagligt og menneskeligt – når døgnrytmen er vendt lidt på hovedet. Det er vigtigt, at du trives med natten som din faste arbejdstid.

Hvem forestiller vi os, du er?

Du er uddannet social- og sundhedshjælper og trives i nattevagt. Du kan arbejde selvstændigt uden at stå alene og du har interesse for arbejdet med børn og unge med komplekse behov.

Du bidrager til et professionelt, ordentligt og tillidsfuldt samarbejde og tager ansvar for fællesskabet.

Vi forventer ikke, at du kan alt på forhånd - du får en grundig introduktion hos os. Det vigtigste er, at du har lyst til opgaven og kan se dig selv i vores måde at arbejde på.

Det praktiske

Det er en fast stilling som vågen nattevagt på 28 timer om ugen – du kommer til at arbejde hver 2. weekend og 6 nætter på 2 uger.
