Koordinerende funktion på Tilbud for børn og voksne med døvblindhed og høretab

Om stillingen
Vi søger en koordinator, der kan understøtte afdelingsledere i det daglige arbejde. Du bliver en nøgleperson i forhold til at sikre overblik, koordinering og effektive processer på tværs af afdelingerne.

Stillingen rummer en bred vifte af opgaver, hvor du både arbejder selvstændigt og i tæt dialog med ledelsen og medarbejdere.

Du vil understøtte implementeringen af retningslinjer, standarder og instrukser.

Derudover vil arbejdstiden omfatte morgenoptag og/eller arbejde hver anden weekend efter nærmere aftale. Herudover vil du have enkelte helligdage hvor du indgår i normering.

Dine primære opgaver vil være:

  • Administrative og ad-hoc opgaver
  • Koordinering og opfølgning på vagtdækning
  • Understøttelse og optimering af arbejdsgange og processer
  • Opfølgning på opgaver og deadlines
  • Bidrage til struktur og overblik i afdelingerne
  • Ad hoc-opgaver i samarbejde med afdelingslederne
  • Understøtte morgenoptaget og/eller arbejde med borgeren hver anden weekend
  • Et tæt samarbejde med vagtplanlæggerne, hvor du bidrager til koordinering og planlægning af vagter, derfor vil kendskab til Optima og SD være en fordel.

 

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har erfaring med administrative opgaver og koordinering
  • Pædagogisk baggrund eller erfaring i arbejde tæt på borgere
  • Arbejder struktureret og har sans for detaljer
  • Er god til at skabe overblik – også i travle perioder
  • Er proaktiv og tager ansvar for opgaver
  • Har gode samarbejdsevner og kommunikerer klart
  • Har erfaring eller lyst til at arbejde med borgere med døvblindhed.
