Bofællesskabet Kildemosen 5 søger en engageret og ansvarlig vågen nattevagt, som ønsker at gøre en positiv forskel for en af vores borgere gennem nærvær, faglighed og omsorg.

 

Om jobbet

Som vågen nattevagt vil dine primære opgaver være at:

  • Sikre ro, tryghed og stabilitet i nattetimerne
  • Yde støtte, omsorg og vejledning til borgeren efter behov
  • Observere og dokumentere relevante hændelser og ændringer hos borgeren
  • Håndtere akutte situationer professionelt og roligt
  • Udføre lettere praktiske opgaver samt forberedelse til dagvagten
  • Bidrage til et godt samarbejde med kolleger på tværs af vagttyper

 

Vi forventer af dig

At du:

  • Har relevant pædagogisk eller socialfaglig uddannelse, eller erfaring inden for socialområdet
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar i nattetimerne
  • Er rolig, stabil og har et godt overblik
  • Har gode samarbejds- og kommunikationsevner
  • Kan dokumentere fagligt i elektroniske systemer (CURA)
  • Møder borgerne med respekt, anerkendelse og empati
