IT Project Manager for ERP transformation

Lead the Future of NG Nordic's Business Platforms

NG Nordic is looking for an experienced and business-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of ERP and related business systems across our two business platforms.

The role is focused on delivering ERP and business platform initiatives that support operational efficiency, process standardization, and business objectives. You will be responsible for driving large-scale projects from planning through implementation, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.

Key responsibilities include managing project scope, priorities, resources, and dependencies, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and are successfully adopted throughout the organization. This position combines ERP project leadership, business transformation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ERP and Business Platform Transformation

• Act as the business lead for strategic ERP and business platform initiatives across NG Nordic
• Drive business transformation programs from business case and requirements definition through implementation, prioritization and value realization
• Ensure business objectives, processes, and system capabilities are aligned to support future growth and operational excellence
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to successfully deliver complex transformation initiatives

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams
• Work across Customer, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Reporting, and other business functions
• Ensure effective governance and decision-making across complex, cross-functional initiatives

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• Proven experience leading large-scale ERP or business system project
• Strong experience with ERP systems and transactional business processes in a B2B environment
• Demonstrated success in business process development, system implementation, and organizational change
• Experience working in complex matrix organizations involving both business and technology stakeholders
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to efficiently produce structured, high-quality documentation and decision-making materials for diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence for project planning, requirements management, documentation, and collaboration

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong program and project management capabilities
• Experience managing business requirements, roadmaps, and change initiatives
• Ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Computer Science, or another relevant field.

In this role, you will become a key driver of NG Nordic's business platform transformation agenda. You will help shape how core business processes, ERP capabilities, and customer-facing solutions support the company's future growth and operational excellence.

You are comfortable navigating both boardroom discussions and operational challenges, combining strategic thinking with practical execution. Most importantly, you can unite business and technology teams behind a common vision and successfully lead major change initiatives.
