Socialtilsyn Nord søger en økonomikonsulent til en spændende og alsidig fuldtidsstilling i vores stab. Du bliver en del af et stærkt fagligt miljø, hvor du, sammen med de tre andre økonomikonsulenter i teamet, bidrager til at sikre økonomisk kvalitet i sociale tilbud og plejefamilier – og dermed også de bedste tilbud for børn, unge og voksne borgere.

Stillingen ønskes besat pr. 1. januar 2027. Vikariatet løber frem til endt barsel.

Dine ansvarsområder og opgaver

Som økonomikonsulent får du et selvstændigt ansvar for økonomisk vurdering og tilsyn med både sociale tilbud og plejefamilier. Du vil arbejde med:

Driftsopgaver

  • Godkendelse af budgetter fra offentlige og private tilbud samt BPA-ordninger
  • Behandling og analyse af årsrapporter og nøgletal
  • Økonomiske tilsyn af samtlige tilbud mindst én gang årligt
  • Økonomisk vurdering i nyansøgninger og i forbindelse med tilbuds ansøgninger om ændringer i den givne godkendelse.
  • Deltagelse i dialogmøder med tilbud og plejefamilier om økonomiske forhold
  • Økonomivurdering af plejefamilier ved nygodkendelse eller ændringer

Intern udvikling

  • Videreudvikling af arbejdsgange og retningslinjer ved ny lovgivning
  • Optimering af arbejdsprocesser og dokumentation
     

Tværgående samarbejde

  • Samarbejde i erfanetværk for økonomikonsulenter i de fem socialtilsyn
  • Udarbejdelse af sammenligningsværktøjer og bidrag til nationale dataanalyser
     

Kommunikation og formidling

  • Udarbejdelse af informationsmateriale til tilbud og deres rådgivere
  • Lejlighedsvis afholdelse af informationsmøder
     

Vi søger en medarbejder, der:

  • Har relevant økonomisk/finansiel uddannelse – f.eks. HA, HD(R), Finansøkonom, cand.merc.aud. eller har relevant erhvervserfaring fra revisionskontor, anden økonomifunktion i offentlig eller privat virksomhed.
  • Er faglig stærk og har god forståelse for økonomi
  • Kan formidle økonomiske forhold klart – både mundtligt og skriftligt
  • Arbejder systematisk og kan bevare overblikket i komplekse sammenhænge
  • Er fleksibel og trives med både rutineopgaver og udviklingsopgaver
  • Har flair for IT
  • Har interesse for det sociale område og offentlig forvaltning
  • Er en holdspiller, er engageret og har et godt humør
