Hvem er vi?
I Sygehjemmeplejen Nord arbejder vi i faste tværfaglige teams bestående af social- og sundhedshjælpere, social- og sundhedsassistenter, sygeplejersker, elever og studerende.
Vi har fokus på relationel kontinuitet, hvor faste medarbejdere omkring borgerne skaber tryghed, kvalitet og sammenhæng i plejen.
