Om os
Vi er ca. 50 kollegaer, der glæder os til at tage godt imod dig.
Tandplejen har hele 25 klinikassistenter, så du bliver en del af vores stærke faglige fællesskab, hvor vi sparrer og hjælper hinanden – uanset faggruppe.

Vi har én hovedklinik i Hjørring og to mindre klinikker i Hirtshals og Sindal – alle med moderne udstyr og lyse, behagelige omgivelser. Vi har også en selvstændig og velfungerende bøjleafdeling.

Om stillingerne
Hos os får du en spændende kombinationsstilling, hvor du 3 eller 4 dage om ugen arbejder fast sammen med en tandlæge eller tandplejer og 1 eller 2 dage om ugen indgår i flyverfunktion – dvs. du træder til, hvor der er brug for dig ved sygdom, ferie eller kurser. Her vil du kunne placeres på alle 3 af Hjørring Kommunale Tandplejes klinikker. Flyver-funktionen deles med andre kollegaer, hvor I tilsammen udgør tandplejens uundværlige blæksprutter.

Det første halve år skal du som udgangspunkt hjælpe vores tandplejere og varetage flyverfunktionen. Når du er faldet godt til, er det meningen, at du også skal assistere tandlæger, så stillingen bliver endnu mere varieret.

Du skal kunne trives med en hverdag, der ikke altid er planlagt ned til mindste detalje og se det som en styrke, at du med kort varsel kan gøre en forskel dér, hvor behovet opstår. Nogle dage vil du selv skulle vurdere, hvor din hjælp gør mest gavn, så selvstændighed og overblik er vigtige egenskaber.

Den ugentlige arbejdstid er 37 timer, dog kun i 41 uger om året hvilket betyder, at du får løn for 33,71 timer pr. uge. Det betyder, at du får 10 ugers ferie/arbejdsfri periode fordelt over året.
