UCN Hjørring og Hjørring Kommune samarbejder om at tilbyde relevante studiejob til alle interesserede sygeplejestuderende på alle semestre, under hele uddannelsen. I studiejob får du mulighed for at tilegne dig relevant klinisk praksiserfaring, med grundlæggende sundheds- og sygeplejeopgaver, som du kan arbejde videre med teoretisk og praktisk i dit studie. Med et studiejob i Hjørring Kommune, er du garanteret en ekstra indtægt under hele din uddannelse.

Forudsætning for garanti af studiejob?
Hjørring Kommune garanterer dig som sygeplejestuderende på UCN Hjørring relevant studiejob, allerede fra 1. semester.
Det er ikke nødvendigt, at du har erfaring fra sundheds-, og sygeplejeområdet, når du ansøger om studiejob. Når du starter i studiejob, sørger afdelingsleder for, at du får en individuel introduktion og oplæring. I introduktionsperioden afholder afdelingsleder en opstartssamtale med dig, hvor bl.a. din erfaring og kompetencer vurderes i forhold til at arbejde ved Sygehjemmeplejen.
Er du interesseret i studiejob forventer Hjørring Kommune, at du som sygeplejestuderende er imødekommende, samarbejdsvillig og mødestabil.

Hvad tilbydes?
Der er mulighed for aftale om studiejob, i dag-, aften- og nattevagter fortrinsvis i weekend, helligdage og i ferieperioder, under hensyntagen til dit uddannelsesforløb. Timeantallet aftales individuelt, ud fra hvad der passer bedst ind for dig og dit studie.

I studiejob får du løbende mulighed for at tilegne og udvikle faglige kompetencer. Under 1.-3. semester arbejder du f.eks. med grundlæggende sundheds- og sygeplejeopgaver som personlig pleje, medicinudlevering mm. Efter 4. semester arbejder du med kompetencer, der svarer til social- og sundhedsassistentens helhedspleje og kliniske sygeplejefaglige opgaver, dog uden autorisationsansvaret.
