Om os:
Ældrecenter Vikingbanke er et dejligt hjem for de 30 beboere. Som fordeles således: 24 somatiske pladser og 6 skærmede pladser.
Vikingbanke er en spændende arbejdsplads med ca. + 35 medarbejdere, som er bredt repræsenteret rent fagligt: Social- og sundhedshjælpere, social- og sundhedsassistenter, pædagoger, ufaglærte, serviceassistent, vagtplanlægger og sygeplejersker.

På Vikingbanke arbejder vi ud fra en neuropædagogisk tilgang, hvor vi tilstræber, at den enkelte beboer lever et værdigt og meningsfuldt liv, som bl.a. beror på selvbestemmelsesret og egne ønsker. I tråd med dette vægter vi det sociale og aktiviteter højt. Dette både ude i de enkelte afdelinger, men også på tværs af huset. Dette foregår både i samarbejde med medarbejderne og de frivillige, som vi er så heldige at have tilknyttet på Vikingbanke.

  • Er uddannet pædagog, social- og sundhedsassistent eller social- og sundhedshjælper, eller ufaglært.

  • Har lyst til at gøre en forskel – både for beboere og kolleger
