First Interview
An in-person interview with HR and the hiring manager, focusing on your experience, motivation, and cultural fit.

Assessment Phase
You’ll be asked to complete a personality assessment and prepare a short case relevant to the position. For some positions, we might also include a cognitive test.

Second Interview
A follow-up in-person interview with the hiring manager and an external consultant specializing in personality assessments.

Reference Check
Our HR team will contact your references as the final step before any offer is made.
